Order Processing

Orders placed before 12:00 PM EST begin processing the same business day. Orders placed after this time will begin processing the next business day. Processing typically takes 1-2 business days before your order ships.

We do not process or ship orders on weekends – orders placed on a weekend begin processing the next business day. We do not process orders on public holidays – orders placed on a holiday begin processing the next business day.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

  • Standard Shipping: 3-5 business days – Free

Delivery times are estimated from the date your order ships, and are in addition to our processing time above. Delivery times are estimates provided by our shipping carriers and are not guaranteed.

Shipping Carriers

We ship orders using USPS, UPS, FedEx, depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.

Free Shipping

Orders over Free shipping on All Orders qualify for free standard shipping.

Shipping Coverage

We currently ship within the United States only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

P.O. Box & Military Addresses

We are currently unable to ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses – please provide a physical street address at checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 24-48 hours for tracking information to update.

Lost or Damaged Packages

Lost packages: If your package is lost in transit, contact us and we will work with the carrier to locate it or send a replacement.

Damaged packages: If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos of the damage and we will arrange a replacement or refund.

Address Changes

If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us within 1 hour of placing your order. Once an order has shipped, we are unable to redirect it.
